GrapeSeal™ Lost Circulation Material
A high-performance LCM derived from grape seed, engineered for superior bridging and sealing across all drilling fluid systems. Compatible with water-based, oil-based, and synthetic muds.
Key Advantages
GrapeSeal™ combines proven lost circulation control technology with consistent performance across all mud systems.
Minimal Rheological Impact
Maintains stable mud weight and viscosity profiles. Preserves electrical stability in oil-based and synthetic systems.
Effective Bridging & Sealing
Optimized particle size distribution bridges and seals permeable formations, fractured zones, and depleted reservoirs.
Multiple Grades Available
Fine, Medium, and Coarse grades provide flexibility to address a wide range of formation permeabilities and loss severities.
Universal Mud Compatibility
Performs consistently in water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based drilling fluid systems without modification.
Easy Mixing & Dispersion
Single-sack product that disperses readily without pre-hydration. Mixes efficiently through standard hopper systems.
Sustainable Origin
Derived from agricultural byproducts, GrapeSeal™ offers an environmentally responsible alternative for lost circulation control.

Applications
Lost Circulation Control
GrapeSeal™ provides exceptional bridging and sealing capabilities for controlling fluid losses in permeable and depleted formations. The carefully graded particle size distribution creates an effective seal across a wide range of pore throat sizes, minimizing nonproductive time and reducing drilling fluid costs.
High-Permeability Zones
When drilling through highly permeable formations such as unconsolidated sands, fractured carbonates, or conglomerates, GrapeSeal™ rapidly bridges and seals the formation face. The product's unique particle geometry allows it to deform and pack efficiently within fractures and vugs, establishing a low-permeability filter cake that prevents further fluid invasion.
Differential Sticking Prevention
By establishing an effective seal and reducing filtrate invasion, GrapeSeal™ helps minimize the contact area between the drillstring and the wellbore wall. This significantly reduces the risk of differential sticking in permeable intervals, particularly in overbalanced drilling conditions.
